False Perspective brings you into their world where authenticity and honesty come first. Expect an intimate performance where multi-layered lyrics and ambiguous chords make you discover something new every time.

Liz and Ugnė met as students in Delft and quickly discovered their shared passion for songwriting. Together, they are able to elevate each other's ideas to higher levels, bringing in musical influences ranging from classical to jazz.

In 2026, they join forces with Hugo (clarinet, saxophone) and Eline (violin, vocals) to form an acoustic ensemble. With their unique blend of instruments, they create a captivating sound with wide-ranging dynamics.

False Perspective has been nominated for the Rob Acda Awards 2026 and the PopDelft Talent Award 2024. They have performed at venues such as Patronaat, TivoliVredenburg, Het Paard, Bibelot and De Kroepoekfrabriek.

Waaah our brand new EP ‘Idioglossia’ is out now🌊✨ We are so happy and proud to finally share it with you. The seed for this EP was planted in 2023, when we wrote the first song Jam Karet. It seemed like it needed a more intimate and personal setting, which resulted in Idioglossia. The EP wouldn’t be half as good without all the incredible additions from friends around us: Skip (double bass), Eline (violin), Annemarijne (cello), Hugo (clarinet), Sten-Olle (production, mixing and mastering).
